Okay, so when I initially made my coffee list, I think I was a bit overly ambitious and thought I could get through 6-7 places in approximately three and a half days. Right, I know what you're thinking-Crazy over Coffee?!! Indeed!! ;)
In reality, I only got through to 5 places because NYC is HUGE and there was WAY too much to do, see and eat to just limit myself to coffee shops-even if I AM totally a coffee junkie!
So here's my list of coffee spots from my latest adventures in NYC:
1. Cafe Grumpy-Fashion District
Yummy Mochaccino-if you're ever feelin' grumpy ;)
2. One Girl Cookies-Dumbo, Brooklyn
My latte was really good but I think I should have tried the cookies... Oh well-next time! :D
3. Ludlow Coffee Supply
This place was by far my favorite-I think because it was a tad bit chilly and rainy that day-and we all know that coffee tastes so much better in that weather! This latte was divine!
4. Irving Farm Coffee Roasters-Grand Central Station
I read lots of great reviews about the espresso here-so I knew I had to go try it for myself! And let me tell you-it did not disappoint! This has easily become another one of my NYC favorites that I'll be sure to visit next time I'm in the city!
5. Gregorys Coffee
So this one was a bit funny because I actually spotted this from a distance and chose to go in because the guy on the coffee cup resembled my boyfriend with the glasses (coffee cups), the hair and all! I loved the cool concept and their tag line: See Coffee Differently (with coffee cups that is ;)) oh and their coffee was great too!
So that's about it, folks! My coffee adventures in NYC! I had so many more coffee spots I wanted to visit but I guess I'll just have to go back for them ;)
